Rotork GTE Series – Pneumatic Rack & Pinion Actuator สำหรับวาล์วแบบหมุน 90°

Rotork GTE คือแอคชูเอเตอร์ลมแบบ Rack & Pinion ที่ออกแบบสำหรับควบคุมวาล์วแบบ Part-turn โดยเฉพาะ ให้แรงบิดสม่ำเสมอ ตอบสนองรวดเร็ว และรองรับงานอุตสาหกรรมหลากหลายประเภท ทั้งน้ำมันและก๊าซ โรงไฟฟ้า น้ำประปา และอุตสาหกรรมกระบวนการผลิต

ตัวอุปกรณ์มีให้เลือกทั้งแบบ Double-acting และ Spring-return สามารถปรับเปลี่ยนรูปแบบการใช้งานได้แม้ติดตั้งหน้างาน พร้อมรองรับมาตรฐาน NAMUR และ ISO 5211 เพื่อให้ติดตั้งกับวาล์วและอุปกรณ์เสริมได้ง่าย เช่น solenoid valve, limit switch และ instrumentation ต่าง ๆ

โครงสร้างอะลูมิเนียมแข็งแรง ทนสภาพแวดล้อมอุตสาหกรรม ให้แรงบิดตั้งแต่ประมาณ 2–6,300 Nm ใช้งานที่แรงดันลม 2.5–8 bar และออกแบบให้ต้องการการบำรุงรักษาน้อย ช่วยเพิ่มความต่อเนื่องและความเชื่อถือได้ของระบบควบคุมวาล์ว
