Key Responsibilities include:
• Understand extensive knowledge of the products.
• Provide the products and solutions to meet the customer’s needs.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and continuous improvement.
• Set and manage clients’ appointments for sales presentations.
• Conduct product and service demonstrations for customer.
• Handle summary report and present to team supervisor.
• Be able to collaborate well with team.
• Be flexible to provide customer service beyond office hours with a customer-oriented mindset.
คุณสมบัติ
• เพศชาย / หญิง
• ปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สาขาเครื่องกล / เคมี / อุตสาหการ / ไฟฟ้า / ไฟฟ้ากำลัง / เครื่องมือวัด / การวัดคุม หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว และมีใบขับขี่ส่วนบุคคล
• มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสารและรักงานบริการ
• สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
• ดูแลลูกค้าในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบ
1. ควบคุม ดูแลทีมช่างเทคนิค วางแผนงานบริการล่วงหน้า ในด้านกำลังคนต้นทุน และอุปกรณ์ที่จำเป็น
2. วางแผนตรวจสอบเครื่องจักร อุปกรณ์ จัดทำรายงานการซ่อมแซมและบำรุงรักษา
3. จัดทำ และสรุปรายงานผลการทำงาน รวมทั้งค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
4. จัดทำคู่มือการทำงาน และการจัดอบรมเกี่ยวกับอุปกรณ์ รวบรวมรายงานผลการตรวจเช็คการซ่อมเครื่องมือของทีม
5. จัดทำรายงานการออกบริการลูกค้า ประจำเดือน ไตรมาสและรายปี เป็นต้นฯ
6. หน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

– Responsible for valve, pump, and instrument products.
– Understand extensive knowledge of the products.
– Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
– Provide the products and solutions to meet the customer’s needs.
– Analyze market trends and competitors to create effective strategies.
– Develop sales plans in collaboration with the sales manager and drive sales team to achieve shared goals.
– Monitor, oversee, and follow up on work processes to ensure the alignment with established systems and procedures for collective objectives.
– Monitor sales performance and prepare report for sales manager.
คุณสมบัติ
1. ปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สาขาเครื่องกล / เคมี / อุตสาหการ /เครื่องมือวัด หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสารและรักงานบริการ
3. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับดี
( คะแนน TOEIC ไม่น้อยกว่า 500 จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ )
4. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
5. สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
