Key Responsibilities included:
• Understand extensive knowledge of the products.
• Provide the products and solutions to meet the customer’s needs.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and continuous improvement.
• Set and manage clients’ appointments for sales presentations.
• Conduct product and service demonstrations for customer.
• Handle summary report and present to team supervisor.
• Be able to collaborate well with team.
• Be flexible to provide customer service beyond office hours with a customer-oriented mindset.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical / Chemical / Industrial / Electrical / Instrumentation or any related fields.
• Have own car and driving license
• Have communication skills and service mind
• Able to improvise in order to resolve any unexpected problems
